2. Lightning Network: Introduced for Litecoin in 2018, this second-layer solution addresses scalability issues faced by cryptocurrencies. It facilitates micropayments through smart contracts at minimal fees. Those interested can run their own Litecoin Lightning Node.
3. Omnilite: An open-source platform layered over Litecoin’s blockchain, Omnilite allows for the creation of decentralized tokens, smart contracts, and digital assets, including NFTs.
