AUS vs PAK: 5 Players to watch out for – Pakistan will be touring Australia first time since their 2010 tour. The last time when Pakistan toured Australia in 2012, Ricky Ponting led Australian and they won 3-0. Now with less than 24 hours left for the first ball to be bowled at Gabba, here we take a look at 5 players who might be key player for their team. Check out:

Mitchell Starc

There is no word to describe this fast bowler. Mitchell Starc has been one of the star player for Australian team. He made his test debut against New Zealand in 2011 and played 31 tests so far. He has taken 129 wickets at an massive average of 27.66. He was the leading wicket-taker in the three-match test series against Sri Lanka where he taken 24 wickets.

Peter Handscomb

The right-hand batsman Peter Handscomb made his debut in the Pink ball test against South Africa and scored a fifty in his debut innings. In 63 first-class matches, he has scored nearly 4000 runs at an average of 40.39. He has been solid middle-order batsman for his team in first-class cricket. Hope, he will continue his good form in this series against Pakistan.

Misbah-ul-Haq

The 42-year-old Pakistani captain Misbah-ul-Haq has been one of the consistent performer in the Test cricket history. Pakistan became No.1 Test team under Misbha’s captaincy. Though they lost their No.1 spot quickly, it was the highlight of Misbah’s career. He also scored the fastest Test century in just 56 balls against Aussies in 2014.

David Warner

The dangerous left-hand opener David Warner has been in tremendous form. He is scoring against all teams. Warner has scored nearly 5000 runs in his Test career with an tremendous average of 48.08. He has 16 centuries and 22 fifties to his name. He has played 2 tests against Pakistan and his highest score against Pakistan is 133.

Mohammad Amir

The left-arm fast bowler Mohammad Amir was rated highly by legendary bowler Wasim Akram. Then he made his international comeback against England. He has the ability to swing the ball both in and off. Amir has played 4 tests against Australia and has 19 wickets. His average is 29.89 with the best bowling figure of 7/106.
