IIFA Utsavam Awards 2016 to telecast on Sun TV Live: The annual IIFA Utsavam awards which honored south Indian film industry recently to broadcast in Sun television on 21st February, 2016. The popular Tamil channel has acquired television rights of the show. The award ceremony took place on 24-25 January 2016 at Hyderabad and many celebrities has taken party of grand event.

Sun television, The official media partners of the show in all four south Indian languages. IIFA Utsavam has honoured to excellence of cinema in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam industries. On the grand event some of the best movies and actor/actress has garnered awards. Kakka Muttai won the best film of 2015, where as Jayam Ravi as ‘Best hero’ and Aravind Swamy as ‘Best Villain’ for ‘Thani Oruvan’.
