The West Indies all-rounder Marlon Samuels, who recently played in Pakistan Super League, will play for Delhi Daredevils franchise.
Delhi Daredevil’s wicket-keeper batsman Quinton De Kock, who was suffered middle finger injury against New Zealand in March, is not played a single game in this IPL. So, Delhi Daredevils replaced Quinton De Kock with West Indies all-rounder Marlon Samuels.
Marlon Samuels will join Delhi camp on April 29. Marlon Samuels, whose base price was Rs. 1 crore in the IPL Auction 2017, went unsold in the auction.
So, Delhi Daredevils has played 6 matches so far and won just 2 matches. They are at the 7th spot in the points table. Delhi will play their next match against Kolkata Knight Riders on April 28.
As Samuels replaced De Kock, Delhi Daredevils welcomed Marlon Samuels in the twitter.

Delhi Daredevils need to win all of their remaining matches to qualify for play-off. It will be huge boost for Delhi Daredevils for having Marlon Samuels in the squad.
He scored 132 runs and picked 9 wickets in the 10 IPL matches he have played. In 149 T20 matches, he scored 3757 runs including 2 centuries and 25 half-centuries.
