The all-rounder from Pakistan, Mohammad Hafeez has been suspended again from bowling in the International cricket after an independent assessment found his illegal action.
Mohammad Hafeez was reported for his illegal bowling action after the third One-day International against Sri Lanka in Abu Dhabi and went to assessment of his bowling action at Loughborough University on November 1.
The assessment revealed that the majority of his deliveries exceeded the 15 degrees level of tolerance permitted under the regulations.
With the suspension of Mohammad Hafeez from bowling in International cricket, it will be the big problem for Pakistan team in the limited-overs format. He is one of the main reason for Pakistan to become number 1 in T20I rankings and to win Champions Trophy. So, Pakistan will miss him at the crucial stages.
He was first reported during the New Zealand series in November 2014 and then suspended from bowling in December. He changed his bowling action and was allowed to bowl by ICC in April 2015. A couple of months later, he was reported again during the Sri Lanka test series. He was found twice within 24 months, so he was suspended from bowling for 12 months.
Mohammad Hafeez was suspended three times within three years but he will be able to change his action again. If he pass another assessment, ICC will allow him to bowl in the International cricket.
