Indian Cricket Team Wicket-keeper Mahendra Singh Dhoni has appeared in Delhi High Court and alleged that Maxx Mobilink Pvt Ltd is misusing his name. According to the reports, the mobile company is still using his name as brand ambassador, but the contract was ended in 2012.
The Wicket-Keeper batsman additionally claimed the organization had defaulted on paying the cricketer his contribution. Eminently in a 2014 order, the judge of Delhi High Court, hearing Dhoni’s supplication, guided the organization to follow a request, had guided the organization to “abstain from offering any items” having the support of Dhoni.
