Pragyan Ojha, Indian off-spinner, who lost his place in Test team after 2013, suffered a head injury during the Duleep trophy match between India Blue and India Gree in Noida. Ojha was fielding at mid-on and ball bounced immediately and hit him on the head.
Shreyas Gopal bowled the first ball of the 63rd over of the game to Pankaj Singh and smashed it towards mid on. Pragyan Ojha was in position to field the ball but suddenly ball bounced and hit on his head. After that he was not able to move after suffering the blow.
Team mates and umpires surrounded ojha and called physios. After analysing the situation, physios called stretcher to carry ojha out of the ground. Ojha was admitted to the nearby hospital.
