Shruti Haasan Opt Out of Sundar C’s Sangamithra – Scooptimes

After Successfully launching First Look poster of Sangamithra in Cannes 2017, Shruti Haasan now opt out from the tamil magnum opus.

The ambitious tamil project ‘Sangamithra’ which is helm Director Sundar C has created huge buzz in digital media for past few days. The film clamied to be made with budget of 400 Crore in two parts.

Recently team Sangamithra launched the first look poster of the film in Cannes 2017. The cast and crew members of the film including Director Sundar C, Arya, Jayam Ravi, Shruthi Haasan, AR Rahman, Producer from Thenandal Films has been part of the event on launching the movie poster.

Within the week after launching the first look, The team has confirmed Shruthi Haasan opt out from Sangamithra. The reason for her exit not revealed by the film crew.

However source close to team has said, Shruthi Haasan exit from the project due to callsheet issue. As the team planned to start project from August, now changed schedule to October.

Also Shruthi to begin her shoot for Shabash Naidu and also her new bollywood movie. One more reason also confessed regarding Shruthi Haasan exit from Sangamithra, that She not received out bound script of the film.

The team Sangamithra now searching for new female lead. Nayanthara and Anushka Shetty in talk to replace Shruthi Haasan.
