Stuart Broad ruled out for the Mohali Test:
England pacer Stuart Broad has been ruled himself out of the third test against India, saying a strained tendon will need another couple of weeks to recover.
Stuart Broad, who picked up 4 wickets in the second innings of the 2nd test despite having an injury, feels injuries are an occupational hazard.
“So physically it has been quite a tough Test match but it’s all part of the job that you have to crack on a little bit,” Broad told reporters in Visakhapatnam.
“I think there are plans to move on once this Test match is finished to try and offload the tendon a little bit for a few days,” said Broad

The third test of the series starts on Saturday at Mohali while the fourth test ends on December 8.
“You have got 17 days to Mumbai which is quite a long time, slightly less for Mohali, try and get fit for the next one but definitely be fit for Mumbai,” said Broad.
Broad’s absence will surely affect England’s bowling part, Team is already missing Chris Woakes, who is suffering from Knee Injury.
England have other fast bowlers Steven Finn and Jake Ball in the squad as the replacement for injured bowlers.
