ICC Champions Trophy will start from June in England. All other teams except India announced their squads for the Champions Trophy. Due to the issue with ICC, BCCI takes some time to announce the squad. And finally BCCI announced the India squad for the upcoming Champions Trophy tournament.
The likes of Gautam Gambhir, Robin Uthappa, Suresh Raina, Dinesh Karthik were not included in the squad for Champions Trophy. KL Rahul, who is suffering from injury, has not selected in the squad.
Virat Kohli will lead the Indian side in the upcoming Champions Trophy tournament. Hyderabad’s opener Shikhar Dhawan and Kolkatha’s star batsman Manish Pandey have been included in the squad.
Spinners – Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja and Pacers – Mohammad Shami, Umesh Yadav, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah made their names in this list.
