Madhu was born on 26 August 1997 in Godavarikhani, Karimnagar. Her parents Peddinti Mallesh (Father) and Sujatha (Mother). She has a elder sister. Her family moved to Hyderabad from Godavarikhani when she was young.
She is passionate about singing since her childhood and participated in Star Maa Super Singer Show. She is famous from that show and performed some unforgettable songs.
She was married to business man Srikanth. Madhu was in relationship with him for him long and the couple decided to tie knot. Her parents are not happy for getting marriage in young age.
