Rishabh Pant scores unbeaten triple century for Delhi – Scooptimes

Rishabh Pant, who scored fastest fifty in U19 cricket, is now scored an unbeaten 300 runs against Maharashtra in Ranji Trophy.

Maharashtra team scored 635 runs for 2 wickets and declared the first innings as their batsmen SM Gugale and AR Bawane scored 351 and 258 runs respectively.

Delhi started their first innings but they the openers early. At one stage, they lost 3 wickets for 135 runs and then Dhruv Shorey & Nithish Rana helps Rishabh Pant to accelarate the run rate. Pant and Shorey partnership added 124 runs for 4th wicket and Pant and Rana partnership added 117 runs for 5th wicket.

Shorey and Rana both got out on 71 and 44 runs respectively but Pant crossed 300 runs in Ranji Trophy. Still he is playing in 300’s. Rishabh Pant is only the 2nd wicketkeeper to score a triple-century in Ranji Trophy history and 7th wicketkeeper in all FC matches.
