Mitchell McClenaghan ruled out of ODI series – Scooptimes

New Zealand’s left-arm pace bowler Mitchell McClenaghan was ruled out of the five-match ODI series against India that starts on October 16.

“Mitch is out with a pelvis injury which he suffered earlier in the year. He is recovering well but won’t be available for the coming tour,” a New Zealand Cricket (NZC) spokesperson was quoted as saying.

New Zealand, who never won the Test series in India, have announced their test squad for the forth-coming test series against India which starts on 22 September. Jimmy Neesham returns to the test squad, with Kane Williamson captaining the side.
