Karun Nair was born on Dec 6, 1991 in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

2. U19 Cricket

He is living in Kerala but played U15 Junior cricket for Karnataka and represented for India U19 team.

3. Domestic Debut

He made his debut in Ranji Trophy in 2013 against Punjab. He had a great debut season. He played six matches and scored nearly 500 runs including three hundreds with a high score of 151 not out.

4. IPL Debut

Royal Challengers Bangalore was signed him in the 5th edition of IPL in 2012 but he did not get more than 2 matches.

5. Karnataka’s Hero

He hit centuries in three successive Ranji matches, in the 2013-14 season including the quarter-finals and the semi-finals, and also hit the winning six that ended Karnataka’s 15-year-wait for a Ranji title.

6. Ranji Final 2014-15

He made 328 against Tamil Nadu in the final of Ranji Trophy 2014-15 season. This is the highest ever individual score in the Ranji Trophy.

7. IPL 2016

Delhi Daredevils was signed him in the 9th edition of IPL and he ended the tournament with highest run getter for his team.

8. Test Debut

Karun Nair made his Test debut against England in 2016 at Mohali.
